The 22-year-old midfielder spent the second half of last season on loan at Cardiff from Liverpool, scoring one goal in 12 Championship starts in the process.
Grujic is a very good and talented young midfielder, and the 22-year-old would be a smart signing for Cardiff on a season-long loan deal.
The Serbia international, who will play at the 2018 World Cup finals in Russia this month, knows how to successfully work with Bluebirds’ manager Neil Warnock.
Playing at the World Cup would only help Grujic become a better footballer, and given that it would be hard for him to play regularly for the Reds’ first team, it would make sense for manager Jurgen Klopp to send the youngster out on loan this summer.
According to The Daily Mail, Liverpool had to pay Red Star Belgrade a transfer fee of £5.1 million in January 2016 in order to secure the services of Grujic.
