Fulham won promotion to the Premier League on Saturday afternoon with a 1-0 victory over Aston Villa in the Championship play-off final, as Tom Cairney's goal handed Slavisa Jokanovic's men the win at Wembley Stadium.
The Cottagers will now be busy planning for their return to the top flight, but Jokanovic may now need to hit the transfer market for a new right back this summer.
The Daily Mail report that Fulham right back Ryan Fredericks is set to leave the club, and will soon be joining London rivals West Ham United on a free transfer.
Fredericks, 25, is out of contract this summer and many believed he would stay at Craven Cottage if Fulham won promotion, but it's now claimed that he will be signing a deal with the Hammers.
The right back was a key part of Fulham's promotion, making 47 appearances whilst racking up an impressive seven assists, impressing with his pace and attacking play.
Crystal Palace and Newcastle United had also been linked with Fredericks, but West Ham appear poised to win the race and land a potential bargain on a free transfer.
Fredericks should now compete with Pablo Zabaleta at right back under new West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini, but his imminent arrival may spell the end for Sam Byram at the London Stadium.
