Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool lost to Real Madrid in the Champions League on Saturday.

Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius has taken to social networking site Twitter to send messages to the fans after the defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
Jurgen Klopp’s side suffered a 3-1 defeat to Madrid in Kiev on Saturday evening, with Karius making two terrible mistakes.
Two of Madrid’s goals were a direct result of the 24-year-old goalkeeper’s mistakes, and the former Germany Under-21 international has taken to Twitter to apologise for his display.

Karius’s mistakes against Madrid were really bad, but such errors do happen with every footballer from time to time.
Madrid were the better side over the course of the 90 minutes, and one suspects that Zinedine Zidane’s team would have won the final even if the German had not made the mistakes that he did.
Liverpool fans should try to move on and back Karius, whose confidence must be at an all-time low at the moment.
The Reds will be back in the Champions League again next season, having finished in the top four of the Premier League this campaign.
