The report has also claimed that Championship duo Leeds United and Aston Villa, as well as Premier League club Huddersfield Town, are interested in the 21-year-old winger.

The Scottish Sun has reported that Liverpool want a loan fee of £250,000 plus penalties if Wilson does not play enough games.

Good signing?

Wilson is a very talented and promising young winger, and the 21-year-old would be a good signing for Rangers, Leeds or Villa.

The Gers and the Whites could do with a pacy and tricky winger in their team for next season, and the Wales international fits the bill.

Wilson spent the second half of this season on loan at Hull City in the Championship in England, scoring seven goals and providing three assists in 11 starts for the Tigers
