There is no disputing that, over the course of the 38-game-season, City have played the most attractive brand of football, trumping their nearest challengers (Manchester United) by a staggering 19 points, while slaying Liverpool's impressive goal difference at 79 to 46.

However, having admitted to being a huge football fan, the former Bayern Munich coach has revealed that he watches a lot of football, and admires a number of rival teams and their approaches to winning games in the Premier League, citing Tottenham as his favourite this term.

"I enjoy watching football and different teams and the players they have," said Guardiola.

When questioned whether he had any preference of who he likes to watch, the City boss instantly replied "Tottenham."
