Fekir will be in action for Lyon against Nice in their final Ligue 1 game of the season this weekend.
The 24-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a forward, has refused to comment whether or not the match will be his last for Lyon.
According to The Mirror, Liverpool are interested in signing the France international in the summer transfer window.
The Mirror quotes Fekir as saying when asked if the match against Nice will be his last for Lyon: "I do not think about this at all. As I said before, my only priority is to win this match against Nice. I am only thinking about this. After the match, we’ll see.”
Hint on future?
Fekir’s answer to the question about the Nice match suggests that his future is up in the air, and it seems that the attacking midfielder could well leave Lyon in the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old would be a brilliant signing for Liverpool and would enhance the quality of the Merseyside outfit’s attacking department.
The France international has scored 18 goals and provided seven assists in 29 Ligue 1 appearances for Lyon this season, according to Whoscored.com.
According to CIES Football Observatory, the current value of Fekir is €59.8 million (£52.19m).
