West Ham United have reportedly signed Spartaka Trnava midfielder Sebastian Nebyla.

West Ham United fans enjoy the atmosphere during the Premier League match between Leicester City and West Ham United at The King Power Stadium on May 5, 2018 in Leicester, England.

West Ham United have signed 16-year-old Spartaka Trnava midfielder Sebastian Nebyla on a two-year deal, according to sportinak.

The teenage attacking midfielder was on the radar of other clubs having impressed scouts with his performances for Trnava youth sides, but turned them down in favour of the opportunity to play for the Hammers.

Nebyla has already been put through his paces at training by former West Ham defenders Matthew Upson and Paul Konchesky, and he is set to return to the club in July having left for the Bermund Tournament.

The Slovakian will link up with the Hammers under-18's upon his return, but he already has eyes set on breaking into the under-23's sooner rather than later.

West Ham are paying attention to youth development, and will keep hoping many more from the set-up can follow in the footsteps of Declan Rice.

Nebyla seems a promising player, and while he is highly rated back home at Slovakian Super Liga champions Spartaka Trnava, the lure of English football was too much for the teenager to turn down.

Should the young midfield prodigy fulfil his potential, he could be on his way to the senior team in few seasons' time.
