It is hard to criticise Wolverhampton Wanderers this season.
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo addressed the media in the aftermath of his side's 0-0 draw with Sheffield Wednesday at Molineux yesterday, and shared the one thing that has disappointed him about his team this season, as quoted by the Express & Star.
The Black Country outfit have been quite simply magnificent this season, and are still on course to eclipse the 100 point mark, with just a draw away at Sunderland next weekend needed for them to do just that.
Nuno deserves great credit for the job that he has done since taking over at Wolves, what with his exceptional player recruitment and unrivalled man-management skills.
The Portuguese spoke to reporters after yesterday's draw with the Owls, and highlighted just how demanding he is by sharing one thing that has disappointed him about his Wolves side this season, as quoted by the Express & Star:
"We have to improve that final touch. Football is sometimes about being clinical and we missed that today, but the performance was good and we had good moments."
The Black Country outfit finish their season with a trip to Sunderland next weekend, and they will surely be desperate to finish their campaign on a high, in what has been a quite simply brilliant season for Nuno and his team.
