Arsene Wenger is set to leave Arsenal this summer.

Arsenal are in the market for a new manager this summer as Arsene Wenger prepares to finally leave the club – and West Ham United may join them in that hunt yet.

The Gunners will see Wenger walk away this summer, almost 22 years since landing him from Japanese side Nagoya Grampus Eight, and he leaves with huge praise from many, even if some Arsenal fans have wanted him out in recent years.

Wenger, 68, has managed more than 1200 games with Arsenal, winning more than 57% of them whilst winning three Premier League titles, seven FA Cups and seven Community Shields.

The Frenchman may be leaving Arsenal, but that doesn't mean that he's leaving football, as many believe he will be heading to another team for one last managerial stint elsewhere.

Wenger is bound to attract interest from a host of clubs, and West Ham United fans are hoping that he makes a short move across London to join the Hammers this summer.

West Ham boss David Moyes isn't contracted beyond the end of the season, and that may mean that the Hammers look to other options even if the Scot does keep the club in the Premier League.

Fans have now taken to Twitter to send messages to co-chairman David Gold, urging him to pay whatever it takes to land Wenger as West Ham need a big-name manager in charge for next season, and the Frenchman is the man to help the club kick on.
