Corberan’s Leeds United Under-23s have enjoyed a barnstorming end to the campaign.

Some Leeds United fans want Carlos Corberan to replace Paul Heckingbottom as manager immediately.
Corberan’s Under-23s wrapped up their Professional Development League North campaign with an emphatic 4-0 win at Bristol City on Monday, courtesy of goals from Sam Dalby, Tyler Denton (2) and the Robins’ Jayden Ali.
The win was Leeds’ seventh in nine matches – a run which contained just one defeat – and their form is some contrast to their senior counterparts, who have lost six of their last 10 and been victorious in two.
Heckingbottom has overseen just three wins in 14 games as manager, although the last of those – Saturday’s 2-1 success against old club Barnsley – appeared to have calmed talk of an early exit from Elland Road.
But after the Under-23s’ latest exploits, Leeds fans are again discussing a change in the dugout.
Here’s what they’re saying on Twitter…
35-year-old Corberan – whose only senior management experience was gained during a five-month spell at Cypriot side Ermis FC last season – was brought to Leeds by previous boss Thomas Christiansen in June 2017.
