Gabby Agbonlahor could reportedly retire when his current contract with Aston Villa runs out at the end of the season.

It has been reported that the 31-year-old is considering retiring in the summer, with his current contract with Villa running out at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
The Englishman, who has not played since before Christmas due to injury, has spent his entire professional club football career so far at the Villans.
Villa fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation that Agbonlahor could retire – they do not seem to be fussed and are not bothered.

Agbonlahor’s important for Villa has dwindled in recent years, and one suspects that the club will not miss him.
Villa are doing well without the 31-year-old, as manager Steve Bruce has made the team competitive enough to challenge for automatic promotion to the Premier League.
It will come as a surprise if Agbonlahor retires in the summer, as he can still do a good job for a team in the lower reaches of the Championship or for sides aiming to win promotion from League One.
