Sheffield Wednesday lost to Queens Park Rangers in the Championship on Tuesday.

Sheffield Wednesday fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of David Jones against Queens Park Rangers.

Jones featured for Wednesday in the Championship game against QPR away from home at Loftus Road in London on Tuesday evening.

The 33-year-old midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Owls lost 4-2.

Wednesday fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Jones, who has been on the books of the Owls since the summer of 2016 when he joined from Burnley.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Loftus Road on Tuesday evening, visitors Wednesday had 56% of the possession, took 13 shots of which six were on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.

Jones has made 20 starts and seven substitute appearances for Wednesday so far this season, scoring one goal in the process.

The defeat to QPR means that Wednesday are now 17th in the Championship table with 47 points from 42 matches, 10 points above the relegation zone.
