NBA legend and celebrity Tottenham fan Steve Nash sat down for an exclusive interview with the club's official website, and raved about the quality of the current setup at Spurs, singling out Heung-Min Son for special praise.

The South Korean joined the Lilywhites from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2015, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £18 million, and despite struggling to find his feet initially, he has been nothing short of exceptional for Tottenham this season.

Son has chalked up 18 goals and nine assists in 44 appearances in all competitions this season, and he has played a pivotal role in taking some of the pressure off of the likes of Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli.

Nash, a two-time NBA MVP, spoke exclusively to the club's official website about the quality of the current Spurs side, labelling Son as 'unbelievable':

"If you look around the team there’s heroes everywhere – Vertonghen, Hugo, Dele, who is quietly coming on and setting up tons of goals, Sonny has been unbelievable, obviously Mousa Dembele has been incredible in the middle of the park, Ben Davies has been outstanding so there are so many players doing a good job."

Son will have an even bigger part to play for Tottenham in the coming weeks, what with Harry Kane being ruled out for a prolonged period with an ankle injury, and if his side are to enjoy a successful campaign this season, he will need to maintain his excellent recent run of form.
