Edouard was impressed with the support the Celtic fans gave to the team during the Old Firm derby against Rangers at Ibrox at the weekend.
The 20-year-old forward, who joined the Hoops on a season-long loan deal Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017, scored the winner for Brendan Rodgers’s side in their 3-2 victory.
Celtic forward Edouard has raved about the Glasgow giants’ fans.
Edouard told Celtic’s official website. “The Celtic fans were exceptional - as they always are, and to be able to give them such joy is just amazing. The feeling is really special."
Fans key to Odsonne Edouard’s future?
Edouard is a talented and promising young forward who is playing well for Celtic at the moment.
Given the quality of players PSG have in their attacking unit, it is hard to see the Frenchman break into their first team next season.
The youngster has become a hero for the Celtic fans by scoring the winner against Rangers, and maybe the passion and love from the Celtic Park faithful could convince Edouard to continue his career at the Glasgow giants and stay next season.
