Injured striker is hopeful he will be back to face Spurs.
He hobbled off against Torino after colliding with the opposition goalkeeper and sustaining a blow to his ankle.
Higuain may have been wasteful in the first leg but he still scored twice and is the team's main goal threat.
He wrote: "Thank you all for heart. I'll be back soon to cheer with the team and with all of you."
Higuain is non-committal over his fitness but Juventus will clearly be doing everything within their power to get him up to speed.
He is Juventus' top scorer this season with 18 goals and their next nearest player is Paulo Dybala with 14. He missed the first leg through injury although is hoping to be fit for the return at Wembley on March 7.
