Here are some of the latest stories on transfer deadline day, including updates involving Tottenham Hotspur, Celtic, Newcastle United and Everton.

Lucas Moura #7 of Paris Saint-Germain tries to break away from Radja Nainggolan #4 of AS Roma during the second half at Comerica Park on July 19, 2017 in Detroit, Michigan.

As reported by Sky Sports' live transfer feed (31st January 2018; 07:59), Neymar has expressed his disappointment that Lucas Moura is being allowed to leave Paris Saint-Germain, with Tottenham looking set to complete a deadline day deal for the 25-year-old.

"I think it's very unfair. He is my brother in football. I wish him the best. Whatever the destination, I hope he will score a lot and he will return to the Brazilian national team," he said after PSG's win last night, as reported by Sky Sports.

"He's not just a friend, he's a very good guy. Here he could have been used a lot more but I'm not the owner of the team, not the owner of Paris. For me, he should never have left Paris."

Everton could potentially end up making a profit on summer signing Sandro, should Sevilla decide to make the loan deal permanent at the end of the season, according to the Daily Mail's live transfer feed (31st January 2018; 07:30).

Sandro cost the Toffees £5.2 million during the previous window, BBC Sport reports, and, according to the Daily Mail, Sevilla will be able to sign the striker for £7.8 million in the summer. Not bad for a forward whose only goal during his time at Goodison Park came in a 5-1 defeat.

Crystal Palace

According to the Daily Mail, Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson is prioritising a striker on transfer deadline day, with Jordan Hugill and Alexander Sorloth on the radar.

The Daily Mail reports that Sorloth - who has scored 10 goals in 19 games for Midtjylland this season - could be available, but the Eagles may need to pay £8 million to bring him to Selhurst Park.

Leicester City

Finally, the Daily Mail reports on their live transfer feed (31st January 2018) that Crystal Palace's Andros Townsend will become a Leicester target if the Foxes end up losing Riyad Mahrez on transfer deadline day

The Mail reports that Manchester City are chasing Mahrez during the final hours of the window, and Townsend may be a player they look to target if the Algerian ends up leaving.
