Former Ajax youngster Djavon Anderson is on the radar of both Benfica and Porto - not to mention Championship winners-elect Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Prepare to fire up Wikipedia Wolves fans because the Championship leaders have been linked with a move for Serie B right-back Djavan Anderson.
It’s fair to say the Dutchman is not a household name in Wolverhampton – or anywhere in England for that matter. But according to Amo Bari 1908, Anderson has obviously done enough over in Italy to justify interest from Molineux.
It is understood that Bari, who are seventh as things stand in Italy’s second tier, are open to offers for the former Ajax youngster. Just four months after he arrived from SC Cambuur, Anderson is on the market for a bargain price of £1.5 million.

Needless to say, that is within budget for a Wolves side backed by ambitious Chinese investors.
But this does not mean a deal will be straightforward. The report adds that Portuguese pair Benfica and Porto are also keen on Anderson – and could have the added advantage of putting Champions League football on the table.
Though Wolves have shown that they have the money and the connections, thanks largely to super agent Jorge Mendes, to compete with the very best in the transfer market so don’t rule out Anderson choosing Molineux over the Dragao or Estadio da Luz.

Wolves have been on the lookout for a right-back all month but the Express and Star reported that they would only sign a player they believed was capable of improving their starting XI.
Clearly, Wolves rate Anderson very highly indeed.
