Norwich City youngster Todd Cantwell is poised to join Dutch side Fortuna Sittard on loan, HITC Sport understands.
Attacking midfielder Cantwell is highly-regarded at Norwich, having coming through the youth ranks at Carrow Road.
The 19-year-old made his first-team debut in this month's FA Cup third round replay with Chelsea, when he came off the bench and played 34 minutes as the Championship side took the reigning Premier League champions to penalties.
Cantwell has been on the fringes of Daniel Farke's first-team this season, after impressing for the club's under-23s for the last two seasons.
The former England under-17 international, who was shortlisted for the Premier League Two Player of the Season award for 2016-17, has been on the bench for six Championship games and Norwich have high hopes for the teenager.
A number of clubs at home and abroad have made enquiries about taking Cantwell on loan, with the skillful play-maker keen to be playing regularly to get first-team experience under his belt, and Fortuna Sittard have moved quickly to agree a deal with Norwich for the midfielder.
Norwich are happy to loan out Cantwell, feeling the move to Holland is the perfect next stage in the player's development before he can challenge for a regular spot in the Canaries' side.
Fotuna Sittard are currently top of the Dutch Eerste Divisie and they see Cantwell as someone who can be a key addition to their plans as they look to win promotion back to the Dutch top flight this season.
