The 28-year-old is yet to start a Premier League game for the Hammers, and made 14 appearances as a substitute clocking 296 minutes of action. Despite the lack of game time, he has scored two goals for the Hammers in the Premier League.
Sakho was close to joining Rennes on the penultimate day of the summer transfer window, but the £9 million move didn’t materialise in the end.
The Senegal striker is looking to leave the Hammers as he feels he is not valued at the club compared to the other strikers.
According to reports from Sky Sports, Sakho earns £30,000-per-week at the London Stadium, which is way below the average wage package of other strikers at the club.
He would be available for around £10-£12 million, and certainly he has no shortage of admirers both in the Premier League as well as abroad.
