Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino and Harry Kane have both been linked with moves away.
Jermaine Jenas has told BT Sport, during their live coverage of Tottenham Hotspur’s match against Everton, that Mauricio Pochettino and Harry Kane are the only two ‘irreplaceable’ men at the Lilywhites.
Tottenham have seen a number of their players linked away, while Pochettino has been touted as a future Real Madrid manager.
And Jenas feels that the only two people Tottenham could not afford to lose are both Pochettino and Kane.
“I think Tottenham have two people at the club who are irreplaceable, Harry Kane and Mauricio Pochettino,” Jenas said. “Everyone else, they may move on, but it’s so important that they keep them.”
Tottenham won 4-0 in their most recent match against Everton, as Kane showed his worth once again.
The England captain scored twice, as Spurs cruised to success against Sam Allardyce’s side.
Spurs showed that they are not all about Kane against Everton though, as the likes of Mousa Dembele, Christian Eriksen and Heung-Min Son were all outstanding.
Tottenham are now in fifth place in the Premier League table, with their next match coming against Southampton in a week’s time.
