The Hammers are set to make the short trip to Wembley to take on bitter rivals Spurs in the Premier League tomorrow, and they will be full of confidence after their last minute win over West Brom last night.

The victory lifted them up to 16th in the Premier League table, just four points adrift of 10th placed Watford, and things are finally starting to look up for West Ham.

David Moyes deserves great credit for the manner in which he has managed to galvanise the troops at the London Stadium, transforming them into an entirely different, more unified outfit since his appointment as manager.

David Moyes, Manager of Sunderland gives his team instructions during the Premier League match between Arsenal and Sunderland at Emirates Stadium on May 16, 2017 in London, England.

The Scot will have his work cut-out, though, if he is to guide his side to a positive result at Wembley Stadium tomorrow night.

He might just have received a big boost ahead of the game against Tottenham, however, with Mauricio Pochettino more-or-less ruling Danny Rose out of tomorrow’s game.

The Argentine told Football.London:

Danny Rose of Spurs in action during the UEFA Champions League group H match between Tottenham Hotspur and APOEL Nikosia at Wembley Stadium on December 6, 2017 in London, United Kingdom.

“I think I cannot say anything, but my feeling, my perception is it would be difficult to play in 48 hours.”

Toby Alderweireld and Mousa Dembele will also almost certainly miss the tomorrow’s clash with the Hammers, providing David Moyes with a huge triple boost ahead of the game.

The West Ham players will still have to be at their very best, however, if they are to have any chance of winning the game.
