Tottenham Hotspur travel to Wales to face Swansea City on Tuesday night in what is their ninth game in the space of a month – and fans believe rotation is needed by starting Erik Lamela out wide.
The 25-year-old has returned to full fitness after a double-hip injury had kept the Argentina international sidelined since October 2016, and has since made seven Premier League appearances.
However, only of those has been from the off in a 2-0 win over Brighton, with the likes of Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Son Heung-Min keeping the former Roma attacker out of the starting eleven.

However, with so many games being played and rotation likely to be needed as the north Londoners go up against West Ham United in two days’ time, Lamela could be afforded his second start of the season.
Lamela has managed just 157 minutes of Premier League action this season in total, but his pace and trickery could be the quality required to unlock a Swansea defence who will in buoyant mood after beating Watford last time out.
Spurs fans seemingly think that would be a good move by Lamela’s fellow countryman Mauricio Pochettino, as the former Southampton boss looks to keep his star players fresh.
