West Ham United are expected to invest in their squad in the January transfer window.

David Moyes has told Sky Sports that West Ham United need to add quality in midfield in January.
West Ham have made good progress since Moyes took charge, and have looked impressive in recent weeks in the Premier League.
However, the Hammers were beaten 1-0 by Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in League Cup action last night.
Moyes tried to rotate sections of his squad for yesterday’s match, but the lack of strength in depth in West Ham’s team was exposed.

And Moyes admits that signing a new midfielder will be one of his priorities next month.
“We need to add quality and you can see that tonight,” the Scottish boss said.
“The club know. I think they knew before I came in that they needed it.
“We had to start with two 18-year-olds in midfield and against Arsenal that is always going to be difficult.

“We have players in other positions, quite a few of them, but at this moment in time we are short on midfield players.”
West Ham simply didn’t keep the ball well enough against Arsenal to cause the hosts many problems.
Although the Gunners were hardly at their flowing best, a scrappy goal from Danny Welbeck was enough to put Arsene Wenger’s side into the semi-finals.
West Ham have already been linked with a host of midfielders ahead of the January transfer window, with Jack Wilshere and William Carvalho believed to be potential targets.
West Ham are next in action in the Premier League on Saturday, when they take on Newcastle United.
