Tottenham Hotspur managed to pick up a 2-0 victory over Brighton at Wembley last night.

Harry Winks has been heavily criticised by Tottenham Hotspur fans for his performance against Brighton & Hove Albion last night.
Winks was selected to start in midfield for Spurs, but for one of the first times in his burgeoning career, he failed to impress.
The 21-year-old was guilty of being slightly too careful in possession, with Spurs fans frustrated by his lack of attacking impact.
Winks has generally been highly impressive since stepping into Spurs’ first-team, and it is perhaps not surprising he did have an off day, given the relentless nature of the success he has experienced so far.
Tottenham still managed to beat Brighton 2-0, but the victory was not at all comfortable.

Spurs took the lead through a miss-hit cross from Serge Aurier, and they did not wrap up the three points until Heung-Min Son found the back of the net very late on.
Tottenham’s victory has lifted them back up into the top four, despite a poor run of form more recently.
Spurs are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side.
