Georges-Kevin N'Koudou scored his first goal for the club.
Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges-Kevin N'Koudou scored his first goal for the club in a Champions League win over APOEL Nicosia.
N'Koudou was making just his third start for Spurs since signing on deadline day in September 2016.
The game was almost like a last chance saloon for N'Koudou, as he desperately needed to make an impression.
He did just that, making his mark with an impressive, if deflected, goal to wrap up a 3-0 win for Tottenham.
N'Koudou's strike had Spurs fans on Twitter buzzing with his contribution, happy the winger made an impact.
The youngster reacted with amusement at seeing his name was 'trending' in London on Twitter, and urged fans to 'calm down', playing down his strike.

N'Koudou's performance was not perfect, and it was never going to be, although it did show promise and demonstrated he can stretch defences and provide an unpredictable element to their attack.
He is certainly deserving of more chances than he has received at Spurs to date, and this could become a turning point for him going forward.
