Newcastle United are said to be tracking the Turkish international.

According to a report from TurksVoetbal.net, Newcastle United sent scouts to watch Trabzonspor midfielder Yusuf Yazici in their recent clash with Antalyaspor, and it will be interesting to see if the Magpies ultimately get their man given the sheer number of top clubs interested in the 20-year-old.
The great and the good of the Premier League are allegedly tracking a player who has featured 45 times for Trabzonspor to date, scoring 10 goals and providing 16 assists in the process.
That is a decent return for a player who is only just out of his teens and Newcastle would be wise to do all they can to sign a player who is tipped to be a future star of the game.

Rafa Benitez’s side are struggling this season, without a win in their last six matches and failing to build any kind of momentum heading into the busy Christmas and New Year fixtures.
A player of Yazici’s quality could help turn things around at Newcastle, and he could form an effective midfield trio with Jonjo Shelvey and Mikel Merino.
With a contract until 2022 and a long line of suitors, the alleged Newcastle target will not come cheap, and that could ultimately be the deciding factor for a club that does not have a huge transfer kitty to spend in January but needs to make some changes at St. James’ Park regardless.
