According to The Mirror, Arsenal are interested in signing the former Manchester United defender in the January transfer window.
West Brom value Evans at £30 million, according to The Birmingham Mail, and manager Pardew hopes that the defenders remains at The Hawthorns for the rest of the season, and has said that he will have a discussion with him.
“I think the assurance I need is probably from Jonny more than anybody,” Pardew told The Birmingham Mail.
“I’m looking forward to seeing him. I think he’s a fabulous player and very important for the club so I will have a good old discussion with him.”
West Brom are struggling in the Premier League at the moment and are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
For the Baggies to retain their top-flight status, they need to make sure that Evans remains at the club until the end of the season.
