Liverpool’s Emre Can came in for a bit of stick on Twitter.

Some Liverpool fans have hit out at Emre Can for his performance in Wednesday’s 3-0 win at Stoke.
The Germany midfielder started ahead of Jordan Henderson in Livepool’s number six role but the towering figure continues to divide Reds supporters.
The 23-year-old was his commanding self out of possession, but on the ball he looked a tad sloppy and misplaced 18 passes throughout his 90-minute stint in the Potteries.

Can has been linked with a move to Juventus as he continues to refuse a contract extension and, by the sound of some fans on Twitter, they wouldn’t mind if Jurgen Klopp sold up in January.
Can, who joined Liverpool for £10 million under Brendan Rodgers in 2014, clearly does have his uses, and some other fans of the Anfield club have praised him on Twitter.

Such contrasting views perfectly sum up how divisive he is, but Klopp is obviously a big fan and his is the only opinion that counts at the end of the day.
