Rangers need to find a proven goalscorer, and Moult has shown that he is more than capable of finding the net on a regular basis in the Scottish Premiership.
It is hard to envisage Motherwell selling the striker in the January transfer window, but the Gers should make a move for the former Northampton Town and Wrexham man next summer.
The presence of Moult in the Rangers team will enhance the Gers’ chances of winning the Scottish Premiership title.
