Could Tony Pulis and West Bromwich Albion caretaker-manager Gary Megson replace Carlos Carvalhal at West Bromwich Albion?

Sheffield Wednesday fans seem to have lost patience with and faith in manager Carlos Carvalhal.
Not only do the Wednesday supporters want the club to make a managerial change, but they are also suggesting potential candidates.
Carvalhal did a wonderful job at Wednesday over the past two seasons, guiding the Owls to successive top-six finishes in the Championship.
The Owls were expected to at least end up in the playoffs again this season and perhaps even challenge for the automatic promotion places.

However, Wednesday are struggling at the moment and things are not going well, with there being a genuine chance that they could miss out on the playoffs this campaign.
The Owls failed to win at the weekend, playing out a goalless draw with Reading away from home in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
The result means that Wednesday are now 11th in the Championship table at the moment with 26 points from 11 matches.
Wednesday fans want Carvalhal gone and want either Tony Pulis or Gary Megson at the Hillsborough Stadium.
Megson is in charge of West Bromwich Albion at the moment, having been placed in the managerial role of the Premier League club following the recent dismissal of Pulis.
