Newcastle United forward Aleksandar Mitrovic has barely been used by Rafael Benitez this season.

Mitrovic has barely featured this season, with Rafael Benitez seemingly having little faith in the Serbian striker.
Mitrovic was not used regularly in the Championship last term, and he is currently fourth choice striker.
Ayoze Perez, Joselu and Dwight Gayle all seem to be ahead of Mitrovic in the Newcastle pecking order.

And Mitrovic admits that he is running out of patience, as he looks to breaks in Benitez’s starting plans.
“I’m patient, but we will see,” said Mitrovic.
“My patience is almost to the end, so we will see. I want to play. I want to be on the pitch. I’m patient, but we will see.
“I see where I am already. I’ve said already that I’m patient, but we will see. I don’t know what to say. I’m here, and we’ll see what’s happening.
“I want to be here. I want to play. I like this club. I train good, I try to use every minute.

“We will see. I’ll try to do my best in the next few weeks.”
Mitrovic has made just three Premier League starts this term, and has scored once.
The target-man remains a popular figure with Newcastle fans, but his disciplinary problems appear to be a concern for Benitez.
If Newcastle do put Mitrovic up for sale, he is likely to have a number of suitors, as his goalscoring record in the Premier League is highly credible for a 23-year-old forward.
