Arsenal welcome Tottenham Hotspur to the Emirates for the North London Derby on Saturday.

Spurs ace Eric Dier spoke exclusively to Sky Sports ahead of his side’s huge clash with the Gunners on Saturday, and shared his ‘simple’ mindset heading into the game at the Emirates.
The 23-year-old, who captained England against Brazil on Tuesday night, also raved about teammate Christian Eriksen’s current form, after the talented play-maker bagged a hat-trick for his country against the Republic of Ireland in the World Cup play-offs.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side look to be in good shape heading into the game against Arsene Wenger’s men, with three places and four points currently separating the pair in the table.

And Dier, who could be utilised in defence or midfield for this weekend’s game, told Sky Sports how he and his teammates have one very simple aim as they head into the game, whilst lavishing praise on the Great Dane:
“It’s great for Tottenham that Eriksen’s continuing to excel. We’re seeing the best Christian Eriksen we’ve ever seen at the moment. Hopefully he can keep going. The mentality going into it is to win. Simple really.”

Dier and co desperately need all three points at the Emirates in order to keep the pressure on Pep Guardiola’s rampant Manchester City side at the Premier League summit.

Arsenal, on the other hand, are in equal need of a victory, as they look to breath fire back into their stuttering campaign, and reaffirm their chances of a Champions League spot.
It has all the makings of an absolute classic.
