Tottenham Hotspur are now considered to be genuine contenders for major honours on all fronts.

Ex-Spurs ace Sebastien Bassong was a guest on Sky Sports’ Premier League Daily programme on Monday November 13th, and raved about the continued progression of his former club under Mauricio Pochettino, suggesting that it is only a matter of time until they win the Premier League title.
Tottenham have been in superb form so far this season, and currently sit in third position in the Premier League table, having already qualified for the knock-out stages of the Champions league with two group games to spare.

Much of the credit for the Lilywhites rise to prominence must surely go down to their manager, who has provided the club’s young prospects with the platform from which to showcase their true talents.
And Bassong was effusive in his praise of Spurs, when speaking live on Sky Sports’ Premier League Daily programme on November 13th, pinpointing the impressive progression of the football club as a whole:
“At some point they will win the title because their progression is going up. The whole project is going up, what with the new stadium and young players coming through.”
