Everton midfielder Nikola Vlasic has been dropped since David Unsworth took charge at Goodison Park.

Everton fans have criticised David Unsworth over his treatment of Nikola Vlasic.
The attacking midfielder said: “It was good at the beginning when I came, but the coach changed.
“I haven’t talked to the new coach about why I’m not playing, it is about professionalism: you do not play, you do not play, you’re on the bench and that’s it, there is no story.”
And Everton fans are of the opinion that Vlasic did not deserve to be taken out of their first-team, as he was one of their brighter stars over the early part of the season.
Vlasic featured fairly prominently under Ronald Koeman, but he has not even been in a match day squad since Unsworth took temporary charge.
Vlasic’s exclusion has come as a shock, as he was one of the few positives for Everton over the early part of the campaign.

The Croatian looked lively, and seemed to have plenty to offer the Toffees, but Unsworth clearly feels he has better options in his squad.
Vlasic still may have hope for the near future at Goodison Park, as Everton are looking for a new manager.
The Toffees have still not made a permanent replacement for Ronald Koeman, with an appointment expected in the coming days.
