West Ham defender Arthur Masuaku is wanted in Italy, his agent has confirmed.

Calcio Napoli 24 report Masuaku is being lined up by Serie A challengers Napoli for a potential January transfer.

Masuaku has made six appearances in the Premier League for West Ham this season and has provided two assists.

Masuaku’s agent Francesco Lingenti spoke to Calcio Napoli 24, and suggested Juventus and Genoa were also monitoring his situation.

Lingenti said that he expects his client to be playing in Italy in January.

Just two of Masuaku’s six Premier League appearances have been starts, but he does have a fresh opportunity to prove himself at West Ham under new manager David Moyes.

Masuaku has one goal this campaign which came in the Carabao Cup.

The 24-year-old Frenchman signed for West Ham in 2016 after a spell with Greek side Olympiakos.

The Mirror reported last week that David Moyes has been given the green light to overhaul the Hammers squad in January but may need to sell players to fund transfers.

If a decent offer comes in for Masuaku, West Ham should strongly consider it.
