Wolverhampton Wanderers produced a magnificent display against Norwich City last night.
Conor Coady
Wolves ace Conor Coady spoke exclusively to the club’s official website in the aftermath of his side’s impressive 2-0 win at Norwich City last night, and shared what Nuno Espirito Santo told the players before the game kicked off.
The Black Country outfit have been mightily impressive so far this season, under the guidance of the Portuguese, and currently sit comfortably at the top of the Championship table, after their healthy return of 32 points from their opening 15 games.
The former Porto and Valencia boss deserves great credit for the manner in which he has managed to turn around the fortunes of the club, and galvanise his troops after their disappointing performances last term.

And Coady, who played his 100th game for Wolves last night, told reporters how important it was to bounce back from Saturday’s defeat at Queens Park Rangers, as quoted by Wolves.co.uk:
“It was needed, the performance – we were saying before the game how much we needed to bounce back from Saturday. On Saturday we really weren’t good enough from our point of view and the Gaffer told us that, he wasn’t happy and neither were any of the boys. It was a game where we had to bounce back and I thought the lads were incredible, the way they players and the way they performed, the way they controlled the game – it could have been more really but we’re really happy.”

Next up for Nuno’s men is a home game against 15th placed Fulham, and three points there would be the ideal tonic for them, as they head into the two week international break.
