Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Jordan Henderson against NK Maribor.
Henderson featured for Liverpool in the Champions League game against Maribor at Anfield on Wednesday evening.
The 27-year-old midfielder did not start the Group E fixture, but the England international came on as a substitute in the 17th minute.
Jurgen Klopp’s side won the match 3-0, thanks to second-half goals from Mohamed Salah, Emre Can and Daniel Sturridge.
Henderson has been on the books of Liverpool since the summer of 2011 when he joined from Sunderland for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £20 million.
The win against NK Maribor means that the Merseyside outfit are now at the top of Group E with eight points from four matches.

Can't wait for Keita to come play for us. Just a shame he'll be sharing the midfield with Markovic and Henderson in the 3.— Michael (@Michael_P_C_Lfc) November 1, 2017
75% Possession and Jordan Henderson still couldn’t get in this game. Embarrassing. Milner needs to keep the armband. This is the sort of game where you win, but the coach still has criticism. He should’ve been better. We’re Liverpool. #LFC— Jumanji CT LFC AO (@LFCConnecticut) November 1, 2017
Hope Klopp starts playing Solanke & drops Henderson - but sadly with Gini injured, can’t see it happening #LFC— Jumanji CT LFC AO (@LFCConnecticut) November 1, 2017
