West Ham United are in crisis after Friday's defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion.
West Ham really needed a home win to kickstart their flagging season, but they were hammered by the Seagulls, as Glenn Murray scored twice at the London Stadium, with Jose Izquierdo also finding the net.
The Daily Mail report that Bilic is safe for now, but it's claimed that the West Ham players are privately questioning the Croatian over his methods.
It's stated that West Ham players are questioning Bilic's training sessions and his tactics, whilst the belief that he won't last beyond the end of the season means his authority has been dampened.
The report even claims that West Ham players held crisis talks on Monday in a bid to get to the bottom of their plight, with veterans Mark Noble and James Collins allegedly tearing into their teammates.
Noble reportedly felt that his teammates should have been more passionate after the final whistle, as silence filled the dressing room rather than any noticeable disappointment at such a torrid display.
Noble and Bilic will now hope for a much better performance when West Ham host Tottenham Hotspur in the Carabao Cup this evening, but the weekend clash against fellow strugglers Crystal Palace could be the game which defines Bilic's future.
