Do Leeds United fans have a right to be worried about his latest comments?
Leeds United fans have not taken kindly to something Liam Cooper said in a pre-match press conference today.
Speaking ahead of Saturday's trip to Bristol City, the Leeds centre-back cited tiredness as a possible reason as to why the Whites are on a three-game losing streak.
He said: "I think we have maybe looked a little bit tired in the last few games but you are going to get those feelings in a season.
"We need to put it right and put it right quickly and we are very confident."
Thomas Christiansen's are only a quarter of the way through a Championship season which is only going to get tougher mentally and physically.
And supporters of the Elland Road club weren't buying what Cooper had to say on the matter.

Tiredness.............. that old chestnut again— Helen Walker (@hellsbelles92) October 20, 2017
Tiredness, it’s only October! Not even half the season done.— John Salt (@John_Salt) October 20, 2017
Hate that excuse. Is it too much to ask that our players are as fit as Hudds were last season? I'll forgive lack of skill, but not fitness.— WJ (@jessop_william) October 20, 2017
Absolutely pathetic, tired? All the other teams have played the same number of games. He’s the Captain, weak statement.— Richard Longbottom (@richardl73) October 20, 2017
They'll be asleep on the pitch by Christmas then.— Dead Beat Descendent (@dalesman1000) October 20, 2017
It is, in truth, a pretty tame excuse from Cooper, especially given that the 1-0 defeat by Reading last weekend was the first game since the international break finished.
United had two weeks to recover from back-to-back defeats by Cardiff and Sheffield Wednesday, though their performance against the Royals betrayed the idea that 'tiredness' was a prime factor.
