Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United and Leicester City are featured in HITC Sport's 9pm deadline-day update.

Fernando Llorente
It seems like Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on the signing of Swansea City striker Fernando Llorente after the Spaniard was pictured in a Spurs shirt tonight.
BBC Sport reported earlier on deadline day that the Spain hitman had agreed a £12 million move to Tottenham as Mauricio Pochettino wants reliable back-up for Harry Kane.
And it would appear as if that one is imminent, with the 32-year-old being snapped wearing a Spurs jersey and it looks like we are only awaiting an official announcement.

However, The Daily Mail's Transfer Blog (entry posted at 20:47) has suggested that there is a catch: it will not go through until Swansea finalise a deal with Manchester City to sign Wilfried Bony, though that is expected to materialise.

Adrien Silva
Meanwhile, Sky Sports' Transfer Blog (entry posted at 20:31) has claimed that Leicester City are closing in on a move for Sporting Lisbon ace Adrien Silva.
The 28-year-old has been told he can leave Portugal's training camp to undergo a medical ahead of a £15 million switch to the King Power Stadium.

Matt Targett
Earlier today, it looked like Newcastle United were set to sign Southampton left-back Matt Targett on a season-long loan deal, though that one has now fallen through.
And Sky Sports News reporter Keith Downie has given an insight as to why the Saints defender is not gearing up for a spell at St James's Park this season.
Understand Matt Targett wanted a 6 month loan but Newcastle wanted him for the season. That's where the talks broke down.
