HITC Sport understands Luton Town have made a new bid for Plymouth star.
Newport player Rhys Healey (l) challenges Sonny Bradley of Plymouth
Luton Town have made a bid of £250,000 for Plymouth Argyle defender Sonny Bradley, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Luton have made Bradley one of their top targets during this summer's transfer window and have already seen two bids rejected by Plymouth for the powerful central defender.
Hatters boss Nathan Jones is refusing to give up on his pursuit of Bradley and has tabled a bid of £250,000 + add ons to try and convince Plymouth to sell the 25-year-old.
Divock Origi of Liverpool holds off Sonny Bradley of Plymouth Argyle
Bradley was outstanding for Plymouth last season after joining on a free transfer from Crawley Town last summer.
The giant defender was a virtual ever-present for Plymouth last season as he helped them win promotion from League Two and as well as his impressive defensive displays he chipped in with seven goals for the Pilgrims.
Bradley was rewarded for his superb showings for Plymouth by being named in the PFA League Two Team of the Year and he has started all three of Plymouth's League One games so far this season, as well as their League Cup clash with Bristol City.
Plymouth are reluctant to lose Bradley, but Luton are hopeful of striking a deal to bring the player to Kenilworth Road before the close of the transfer window next week.
