Swansea City’s opening bid for Wilfried Bony rejected by Manchester City.
The report claims that the Swans have offered £10 million for the 28-year-old, but it was rejected straightaway.
However, both the clubs are keen for a deal to go through, and the player wishes to return to the Liberty Stadium for a second spell.

Manchester City are holding out for a fee in the region of £13m for a striker they signed in 2015 for £28m, as reported by BBC.
Bony has struggled at City and has scored only six Premier League goals in 36 games. Last season he was loaned out to Stoke City, where he managed only 10 Premier League games.
Given City’s willingness to offload the player, and Swansea’s willingness to stump up a decent offer, it comes as a surprise that Manchester City is playing hard-ball.
Bony enjoyed a memorable spell at Swansea City, where he scored 26 goals in all competitions in his first season at the club.
