Danny Rose has caused a stir among Tottenham fans… and potentially his employers.
The left-back said he is open to a move elsewhere although he is not requesting a move.
Rose says he also wants to win trophies and feels his time is running out even at 27.

He said: “I know my worth and I will make sure I get what I am worth.
“I am not playing as well as I have done not to get paid what I think I am worth.”
Rose’s comments so close to the beginning of the season are set to become a major distraction to Mauricio Pochettino’s side, who have already cashed in on right-back Kyle Walker this summer.

While the timing of Rose’s comments is poor, the content regarding signings – he calls out a lack of ambition – reflect much of what supporters have been saying this summer.
Despite this, opinion is split on Rose’s decision to go to the press, which seems like a somewhat selfish choice rather than what is best for the group, but perhaps he simply felt like somebody needed to speak out.
Spurs fans have a wide range of mixed views towards his comments, with some hoping it will kick chairman Daniel Levy into gear.
