Despite his high profile, the Manchester United midfielder found time to congratulate an old friend yesterday upon his move to Leeds United.
The club announced the signing of Ouasim Bouy, who spent time at Juventus with Pogba.
Pogba commented on Bouy’s Instagram feed, writing simply: “Congrats bro best of luck bro.”
Bouy spent five years under contract to Juventus, four of those while Pogba was there – although he spent most of his time out on loan.
Bouy can play in both midfield and defence and has signed a four-year deal with the Whites
The versatile star will hope regular football in Spain’s second division further enhances his prospects, and he can join up with Leeds for the start of pre-season in 2018 and try to make an impression.
