Swansea City are keen on signing Las Palmas midfielder.
The Swans have already signed Roque Mesa from Las Palmas, and are looking to raid the club, again, for another big-money acquisition.
Viera is a versatile player who can play as a left-winger or an attacking midfielder, and has four years remaining on his current deal at Las Palmas.

Swansea have had a £21.88 million (€25 million) bid rejected already for the player, with the club holding out for his £26.25 million (€30 million) release clause to be met.
The report claims that Swansea are unwilling, and won’t be able to meet the demands set by the Spanish club.
Wales Online adds that Newcastle and Everton are also tracking the former Spain Under-21 international, who scored 7 goals and created 7 more in 31 La Liga outings last season.
Las Palmas have made it clear that if his valuation is met, the former Valencia player can move to any club.
Both Newcastle and Everton are looking to sign creative attacking players. Viera, with his versatility, would be an excellent signing for both the clubs.
