Newcastle United have agreed a deal for Jacob Murphy.
The 22-year-old has been one of Newcastle’s principle targets this summer. The report claims that the Magpies have agreed a deal in the region of £12 million for the player.

A host of Premier League clubs including Crystal Palace, Southampton, Swansea and West Bromwich Albion had previously shown an interest in Murphy, but it is Newcastle who stole the march on their rivals.
The report adds that Murphy is all set to undergo a medical shortly and thereafter will finalise personal terms.
Newcastle have had an opening £8 million bid rejected for Murphy, with the Canaries demanding twice the money, according to the Northern Echo.
However, Newcastle weren’t willing to meet the amount, and finally it seems a compromise has been reached at £12 million.
Murphy starred for England’s U-21s at the recent European Championships in Poland.
He scored an important goal against the hosts in the group stage and ensured for England a place in the semi finals.
