Wolverhampton Wanderers duo Danny Batth and Matt Doherty are reportedly wanted by Leeds United in the summer transfer window.

Leeds United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers duo Danny Batth and Matt Doherty.

According to The Sunday Mirror (print edition, page 61, July 9, 2017), Leeds are interested in signing Batth and Doherty from Championship rivals Wolves in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that Leeds head coach Thomas Christiansen is set to make a £4.5m bid for the Wolves duo.

Batth is 26 years of age and operates as a central defender, while Doherty is 25 years old and plays as a right-back.

According to The Sunday Mirror (print edition, page 61, July 9, 2017), Wolves will allow Batth to leave for £2m, while Doherty is valued at £2.5m.

Although Doherty is a right-back by trade, the 25-year-old former Republic of Ireland Under-21 international has played as a left-back.
