Newcastle United and Watford are reportedly battling for Hull City winger Kamil Grosicki.
According to the Hull Daily Mail, Hull City won’t stand in the way of winger Kamil Grosicki as he plots a return to the Premier League – but they want a fee of £9million to let him go.
Hull swooped to sign Poland international Grosicki from French side Rennes during the January transfer window, and fans were excited about his arrival having hit four goals and three assists in 16 league appearances in the first half of the season.

The 29-year-old didn’t find the net for Hull, but he did notch three assists in 15 games for the Tigers, impressing with his pace, dribbling and crossing ability from wide areas.
Now, with Hull relegated to the Premier League, they face losing key player – and the Hull Daily Mail report that the club won’t stand in the way of winger Grosicki from making an instant return to the Premier League.
It’s stated that Newcastle United and Watford are both keen on Grosicki, and Hull are happy to acquiesce to his sale as long as they receive a £9million transfer fee.
Newcastle are in need of new signings this summer, and whilst one winger has penned a permanent deal with the club in Christian Atsu, another option out wide is needed given that Yoan Gouffran is out of contract.

Grosicki fits the bill for Newcastle, and a £9million fee should be within their budget this summer, but Watford could have an advantage over the Magpies in the race for Grosicki’s signature.
New Watford manager Marco Silva is the man who signed Grosicki for Hull and gave him a prominent role, meaning that a reunion could be appealing to the winger, especially with Watford in dire need of attacking reinforcements.
