The West Bromwich Albion was reportedly wanted by Sean Dyche at Burnley three years ago.
Burnley boss Sean Dyche wants to replace Everton-bound Michael Keane with West Bromwich Albion’s Craig Dawson, The Mirror reports.
It is claimed that tried to sign Dawson three years ago, but feels he stands a better chance now with the 27-year-old playing much of his recent football out of position at right-back.

Like Keane, whose transfer from Burnley to Everton is set to be completed this week according to The Mirror, Dawson has one year left on his contract.
And the tabloid adds that West Brom could be tempted to cash in on the 27-year-old, who hails from England’s north west.
Barnsley’s Marc Roberts is also mentioned as a Burnley target, although Dawson’s superior experience – 124 Premier League appearances to Roberts’ none – could see him preferred to the Yorkshireman, who is also a West Brom target, as reported by The Daily Mail in January.
West Brom are believed to want to add to their central defensive ranks whether Dawson leaves or not, and could be in the market for more than one new face if Leicester City’s alleged pursuit of Jonny Evans bears fruit.
