Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino will be looking to bring in some top quality signings this summer, as he looks to guide his side to a successful campaign on all fronts next season.

The Tottenham starting XI is already an extremely strong one, so any player being brought into the club will have to be of the very highest standard, if they are going to improve upon what the Argentine already has at his disposal.

One department in particular where the Lilywhites need to strengthen is the wide attacking areas, what with Erik Lamela's future uncertain to say the least, and Georges-Kevin N'Koudou failing to impress since his move to the club last summer.

With this in mind, the north London outfit should consider a move for Paris Saint-Germain star Lucas Moura.

The Brazilian winger recently opened the door to a move to the Premier League, when speaking to Brazilian media outlet Diario De Sao Paulo:

“Regarding a return to Brazil, I am not thinking about that. I have objectives I want to reach in Europe. Leaving PSG for another European club could be a possibility for me but I am under contract and I have no offers in front of me at this moment. If something arrives, we will see what is best for me and for the club. Right now, though, I am doing well in France.”

The 24-year-old really is an exceptional talent, and has showcased his superb technical ability on a consistent basis since making his move to Paris in January 2013.

The winger enjoyed a fantastic campaign with PSG last term, scoring 19 goals and chipping in with six assists in 53 outings for the Ligue 1 giants.

And he has all of the attributes required to help elevate Spurs to an entirely new level.

Pochettino's men have become too reliant on Christian Eriksen, with the weight of expectation on the Dane proving to be detrimental to his performances in big games on occasion.

Moura's introduction to the Tottenham team would ease the burden on the former Ajax star, and offer them a more rounded threat from an attacking perspective.

He is still under contract at the Parc des Princes until the summer of 2019, however, so he will not come cheap, but if Pochettino manages to bring him to the club this summer, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance.
